1.) Call to order – 12:18 PM

2,) Motion to approve managers for summer leagues passed. Discussed the manager who was on suspension.Motion was made to continue the suspension. Motion was voted on by board members and did not pass. He is free to manage this summer.

3.) Reviewed summer leagues and players that have signed up:

        Monday B – 67 players have signed up. There will be 5 teams with 12 players each. The remaining 7 players will be moved to Silver (C )

        league. Currently we have 5 managers that have volunteered.

        Wednesday A – 54 players have signed up. Currently have 3 managers for 3 teams that have volunteered.  

       Thursday C – 37 players have signed up, with 7 additional players from Monday B expected to be added. There will be 4 teams with 3

       managers identified already.

4.) Discussed election results and a motion made to select a replacement for Jack Zimmerman’s seat based on the person with the highest number of election votes. Motion was approved, and Mike Mahan was voted to be the replacement. 

5.) Final plans for Manager’s dinner- Reviewed head count for dinner, plaques for Fred Frank award, winning league teams and sponsors, and players turning 80 years old.
