Meeting was called to order at 11:45am by President Ken Shepard who explained a formal complaint was filed by Maris against RJ pertaining to games in which they were managers on August 31. Maris felt threatened by words used by RJ, who had previously acknowledged to me that his words could be interrupted as a physical threat, but he certainly did not mean to threaten Maris. 

Both Maris and RJ were given the opportunity to state their case. Questions were asked by board members, after which Maris and RJ left.

After much discussion, the board decided both Maris and RJ acted inappropriately. 

RJ was placed on probation for the remainder of the summer season, which ends September 29. As well, he was not allowed to play September 7 plus was placed on suspension for his September 14 game. Mike will call RJ.

Maris was also placed on probation for the remainder of the summer season. I will call Maris.
