Old Business

1. Discuss regarding annual banquet- it was decided that we will not have the banquet this year. Discussed other possible options e.g. A picnic offsite and catered, after playoff games ? Decided to table discussion until the January meeting
2. Decided on 1-1 Count on all games. Vote was 7-2 in favor of using the count in all leagues. Also decided that a ball that hits the pitchers screen will count as a strike in Gold 1 only, and a dead ball in Gold 2 and  Silver.
3. J. Wolfinger polled 60 players regarding 1-1 Count. 52 replied.   Of the 52, 16 said No to the 1-1 Count. Of the 16, 9 of them were pitchers. Jay asked that this be included in the minutes.
4. Discussed screen that badly need repairs. Bob D will contact the person who repaired them the last time, and report back
5. League play to commence on Nov. 2. And end on March 26. Holiday schedule will be : Thanksgiving week - Mon. And Tues will play, Thurs. And Fri. will be off. Christmas week – Mon. And Tues will play, Thurs. And Fri. Will be off. December 28 – Jan.1  No Games the entire week ,  for all teams.
6. There are 30 teams this year, 389 players are on the rolls. 245 players registered with 227 players currently on rosters.

New Business

1. Determine status of players who have not signed up but played last year. Agreed that the following will contact these players:

GOLD 1 – DAN MARTIN AND KEN SHEPARD

GOLD 2 -  FRANK LYONS AND BOB D'ANGELO

SILVER – JACK ZIMMERMAN

2. Discuss a possible drawing for 10-11-12 rated players.
