C. Financial Report - new generic shirts have been paid. There were 11 players with outstanding summer dues.

     5 from Gold 1, 5 from Gold 2 and 1 from Silver. All players will be notified for payment.

 

OLD BUSINESS

 

1. A formal motion was introduced for reducing Thursday Silver League from 5 to 4 teams with 14 players on each

    team - motion passed.

2. New 25th anniversary SSSA shirts price was set at $ 20. Update on Sales ( KS ).

3. Update on marketing SSSA ( JZ ).

4. Field updates ( RG ) price increase, maintenance.

5. Update of website ( FL )

6. Motion on a pinch runner being limited to 3 times per game in Silver League. Motion failed. Will be reviewed in fall.

7. Report on managers vote on Gold 2 team 5 player being rated incorrectly. Should team 5 receive a player to

    take his spot?

 

NEW BUSINESS

 

1. Annual budget to be presented to board as required ( KS )

2. Discuss RG 2 proposal on standards of performance rule 9 " Eligibility ".

3. Dertermine if payment is due for county field rentals.
