Call to Order at 1:05pm

June Minutes 

- Motion to remove last paragraph regarding Call Up’s.

Voted, passed and June Minutes were approved.

 

Coordinator Updates review 

-Regarding summer playoffs pickup process. Player pickup pool will be from rosters of teams not in playoffs. Game of chance (coin flip, cards) will determine order. Team roster must have 12 players. All games played by SSSA rules. Motioned voted and passed.

-Jack Zimmerman was in hospital.

 

Member Reports 

-Rainout refunds were verified.

-Need additional Fruitville locker keys made for board members.

-To add in future board meeting to discuss Amish game process.

 

Old Business 

-Clarity on updates changes to SSSA rules #9 & #12 with motion voted and approved.

 

New Business 

- Add to August meeting: 

Discuss winter team roster numbers.

Whether to invites wives to manager appreciation dinner.

Need determine what current AED (Automated External Defibrillator) need replaced.

 

Summer Playoffs 

• Player pool only from team rosters.
• All playoff games in accordance to SSSA rules.
• 12 player requirement.
• Cards or flip of corn to determine call-up process.
