The meeting was called to order at 1:02 pm. Present were Gary Goldberg, Mark McCool, Frank Lyons, Mike Mahan, Mark Galloway, George Wacaser, Carl Pallas, Bob D'Angelo and Mike Cox

The minutes from the December 4th board meeting were approved.

Financial Report - The association is in a strong financial position. For the winter season all shirts have been purchased and we have a sufficient number of balls to complete the season. We have sufficient reserves to pay all remaining costs. The financial report was approved

Coordinator updates - all coordinators provided updates

2025 Board Elections. -There will be 5 positions up for election this year. Interested candidates need to notify the league president in writing by Feb 10th, if they are interested in running for the board. The election will be online with voting from Feb 17th - March 4th. 

Pitching Screens - the board approved the purchase of 4 pitching screens

Amish games - There will be 3 games this year and they will be played on Wednesday Feb 26th. The game times will be

9:00 am - Ohio

11:00 am - Pennsylvania

1:00 pm - Indiana 

Donation - The association received a generous donation from the family of Dave Wulfsohn. The donation will be used to purchase pitching screens
