A.) Call to order at 12:10 PM
B.) Approval of minutes from December 9 th , 2020 meeting. Approved
C.) Financial report – Paid for field use for December. - There are still 12 players who have not paid dues. Board
members we’re assigned tell them to pay immediately. Approved

Old Business

1. ) Screens- agreed that all screens must be returned to shed by 1-15 For inventory. Two screens remain for repairs.
2. Agreed that all rainout will be made up instead of having playoffs.
3. Team awards. To be determined, Frank Lyons will bring catalogues to next meeting.
4. Team photos will be given to sponsors . Photo will be sent to Frank Lyons. He will add graphics.
5. Team 2 Gold 2 ( Wolfinger) protest was voted down by board members
6. Player behavior incident ( Bob Kominsky )- Board voted to place the player on probation for the winter season. Can continue to play on Thursday. Another incident will resullt in a suspension.

New Business

1. Magic Jack phone- Ken Shepard to follow up on details and cost
2. Business cards Follow up by Ken Shepard
3. Hot dog day date to be decided
4. New hat/logo for all teams to be decided
5. Decide how to replace banquet
6. Committee formation for recognition awards
7. Acknowledgement sites for web page

Next meeting is scheduled for February 10, 2021, at 12:00 PM. Site to be determined.
