The meeting was called to order at 1 pm. Present were Gary Goldberg, Ken Shepard, Mike Tizzani, Mike Mahan, Bob D'Angelo, Frank Lyons, Chuck Cason and Mike Cox. Not present was George Wacaser.

The minutes of the November 8th meeting were approved.

Mike Mahan addressed our finances. All players are paid, players added from this point will have to pay up until January 19th, 2024 when collections will end.

Two dozen refunds were issued with between three or four refunds donated back to the association.

50% of the field costs are still due for December 2023.

At this time two liability policies are unpaid.

Future costs will include part of pizza day and championship shirts.

The financial report was approved by the board.

The possibility of eliminating the runner's plate was discussed.

A discussion occurred regarding the new managers in the various leagues.

A discussion regarding a player, his managers and the league coordinator will occur.

A discussion occurred regarding pitchers getting behind the protective screens with league coordinators sending their managers an email reminding them of the rule. This action was approved by the board.

A protest of a December 6th, 2023 game was denied.

The next meeting will occur on January 10th, 2024 at 1pm.
