The meeting was called to order at 1pm. The minutes of the July board meeting and the financial report were unanimously approved. Money will be tight until the dues for the winter leagues start rolling in.
Old business:
      1. Frank has sent a 2nd letter to past sponsors who have not yet renewed. Some 22 sponsors have already paid.
      2. The new website as proposed by Frank was approved 8-0. Pete Miller has prepared a flyer.
      3. George sent an email to past players who have not yet registered for the coming 2019-2020 season. It appears there will be 7 teams in Tuesday Silver league, 7 teams in Friday Gold 2 league, and 5 teams in all other leagues.
      4. The annual luncheon is still set for March 18, 2020.
New business:
      1. The combine is set for Tuesday, October 8.
      2. Until play resumes next month BP will be held on Mondays and Fridays while a practice game will take place on Wednesday.
      3. Next month's meeting has been changed to Wednesday, September 4 at the north library on MLK Blvd.
Today's meeting was adjourned at 3pm.
