Call to Order at 1:13pm

 

Present - Mike Cox, George Wacaser, Gary Goldberg, Marc Galloway, Marc McCool, Carl Pallas

 

March minutes were approved.

 

Financial Report - Were in good standing. Championship shirts were paid in full .

 

Coordinator Update - Due to a conflict between 2 players at Tuesday March 25th game. It was voted to suspend Jack  Zimmerman 2 weeks and Richard Corbin 1 week.

 

Update Board members - Due to resignation of Joe Russo. Todd Swartz was voted to board.

 

Review Roberts Rule - Had discussion to review and be familiar with rule.

 

Review of Pizza and Manager Appreciation Dinner - All went well. Marc Galloway was commended for all his work.

 

Future location of Board Meetings. MarK McCool is looking into new accommodations.

 

Summer Game location - Voted and approved to play all (A,B,C) summer games for 2025 at 17th St fields.

 

Summer Playoffs - Voted and approved to experiment splitting Summer Leagues in two half’s for Playoff purposes.

 

Rainout Phone Number - Voted and approved to remove and use only texting to managers.
