Approval of Minutes

December minutes were approved after changing the last sentence from “elections in January” to “elections in February.”

Financial Report

The Association is in good financial position, with all bills being paid. A motion to approve the financial report was made and approved.

Carl Pallas wants to make a rolling pitcher screen.

Old Business

Managers Dinner Awards

Nominations for awards at the Managers Dinner will be discussed at the next Board meeting.

League Award Suggestions

Marc Galloway suggested a new award for each league. Nominations included League A: Mike Cox, League B: Open, and League C: Hugo Parilla.

Batting Practice

Pre-advertised batting practice requires registration. Discussion included whether to remove organized practice from the website, not have organized practices, or pay for reserved fields during seasons. The vote tied, resulting in no advertised batting practices.

Flip Score Cards

Flip score cards are being tested with five new flip boards.

Player Rating Change

Five Board members changed Steve Stoll’s rating from 2 to 1 on Monday, January 12, 2026.

Amish Games Summary

Marc Galloway gave a summary of the Amish Games scheduled for February 25, 2026.

Game #1 — 9:00 AM #1 & #2 rated players vs. Ohio Amish
Manager: Scott Kurkjian

Game #2 — 10:30 AM #1 & #2 rated players vs. PA Amish
Manager: Mark McCool

Game #3 — Noon #2 to #4 rated players vs. Indiana Amish
Manager: Gary Goldberg

Game #4 — 1:30 PM #5+ rated players vs. Indiana Amish
Manager: Marc Galloway

Games will be 7 innings each, with the last inning unlimited, up to 8 innings.
Game shirts will be distributed at the February 4, 2026 Board meeting.
Gary Goldberg suggested “Amish Games” on the shirts. Motion passed.
Players on the roster must be paid-in-full players.

League Results

League results were discussed during Coordinator Updates.

Amish Games Rosters

Team rosters were discussed for the Amish Games scheduled for February 25, 2026.
