The meeting was called to order at 1 pm. Present were Gary Goldberg, Ken Shepard, Mike Tizzani, Mike Mahan, Bob D'Angelo, Frank Lyons, Chuck Cason and George Wacaser. Not present was Mike Cox.

The minutes from the October 11th, 2023 meeting were approved.

Mike Mahan addressed our finances. The association has enough balls to last through summer of 2024. The website is paid for. Half of the fields are paid for through December of 2023. The association's insurance payment is due. The financial report was approved by the board.

There was a discussion regarding the processing of refunds and payments.

League coordinators are to instruct managers to place game balls in the shed or locker.

There was a discussion regarding changes to future combines including having combine participants register and an increase in the amount of time the participants hit. There was also a discussion regarding the use of a megaphone at future combines.

A discussion regarding the quality of the balls occurred.

A discussion occurred regarding the line of communication with the county park officials.

All sponsors have paid their fee for the winter season.

The next meeting will occur on December 13th, 2023.
