The meeting was called to order at 1:00 pm. Gary Goldberg, Mike Tizzani, Carl Pallas, George Wacaser, Frank Lyons, Mike Cox, Mark McCool, Marc Galloway and Mike Mahan were present.
The minutes for the June 12th meeting were approved.
Financial Report
New batteries for the defibrillators were purchased.
Field payments are due for the second half of July through the rest of the season.

A design for the one time distribution of hats is being addressed.
An email to all the players asking for help in finding new sponsors will be sent out.
The league coordinators issued updates.
The redesign of the championship shirts will be ready for the summer champions.
Red envelopes will be purchased and distributed to the managers on the draft days for players to store medical forms in.
New Business
A motion was approved to have an ejected player ineligible to play for his next scheduled game.
A change to rule 7a making a request for a player not to umpire will now last for the course of the day.
The past minutes are being backed up via a data storage program.
A discussion regarding the removal of the dead ball rule when a player hits the screen in the C leagues was tabled to the September 11th meeting.
There will be an attempt to get county officials to attend the SSSA board meeting on September 11th.
There was a length of season discussion.
A discussion occurred regarding field reservations.
The winter calendar was presented.
