The meeting was called to order at 1:03pm. Present were Gary Goldberg, Mike Mahan, Marc Galloway, Frank Lyons, Geroge Wacaser, Carl Pallas, Mark McCool, Mike Cox and Bob D'Angelo.
The minutes from Nov 13th meeting were approved
Financial Report - The association continues to operate efficiently with sufficient reserves to cover upcoming costs. We have completed purchase for shirts & balls and field reservations remain as large outstanding upcoming costs. The financial report was approved.
Coordinator updates were provided by each league coordinator. Coordinators will continue to encourage teams to replace all missing players to have a complete roster for each week games.
Amish games will be played on Wednesday Feb 26 2025. The board will select players for 2 teams in 2025 and beginning in 2026 and forward the board will select players for all teams.
Winter Season playoffs will take place for the A and B leagues.
